서비스 이용약관

제1조 (목적 및 서비스의 정의)

Article 1: Purpose and Service Definition

본 약관은 KnJ Studio(이하 '회사')가 제공하는 'Untold' 서비스(이하 '서비스')의 이용 조건 및 절차를 규정합니다. 'Untold'는 사용자의 일기를 AI가 분석하여 관계에 대한 통찰을 제공하는 관계 코칭 보조 도구입니다.

These Terms govern the terms and conditions for using the "Untold" service (hereinafter "Service") provided by KnJ Studio (hereinafter "Company"). "Untold" is a relationship coaching assistant tool that uses AI to analyze users' diaries and provide insights about their relationships.

제2조 (이용 연령 제한)

Article 2: Age Restrictions

본 서비스는 심도 있는 관계 및 감정 문제를 다루므로, 만 17세 이상(또는 해당 국가의 성인 기준)의 사용자만 이용할 수 있습니다. 17세 미만 청소년의 이용이 확인될 경우 회사는 사전 통보 없이 계정을 정지하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.

This Service addresses complex relationship and emotional matters and is available only to users aged 17 or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). If use by minors under 17 is detected, the Company may suspend or delete accounts without prior notice.

제3조 (비의료적 조언 면책 — "Not a Doctor" Clause)

Article 3: Non-Medical Advice Disclaimer — "Not a Doctor" Clause

1. 본 서비스가 제공하는 AI Whisper 및 모든 분석 결과는 정보 제공 및 엔터테인먼트 목적으로만 제공됩니다.
   The AI Whisper and all analysis results provided by this Service are for informational and entertainment purposes only.
2. Untold는 의료 기관이 아니며, AI의 답변은 전문적인 심리 상담, 진단, 치료 또는 의학적 조언을 대체할 수 없습니다.
   Untold is not a medical institution, and AI responses cannot replace professional psychological counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.
3. 사용자는 정신적 고통이나 위기 상황 발생 시 반드시 전문 의료기관이나 상담 센터를 방문해야 합니다.
   Users experiencing mental distress or crisis situations must seek help from professional medical institutions or counseling centers.

제4조 (AI의 한계 및 환각 면책 — "Hallucination Shield")

Article 4: AI Limitations and Hallucination Disclaimer — "Hallucination Shield"

1. 사용자는 AI가 생성하는 정보가 부정확하거나 편향될 수 있으며, 실제 사실과 다른 '환각(Hallucination)' 현상이 발생할 수 있음을 인정합니다.
   Users acknowledge that AI-generated information may be inaccurate or biased, and that "hallucination" phenomena producing information inconsistent with facts may occur.
2. 서비스 내 AI의 조언에 따른 최종적인 판단과 행동의 책임은 전적으로 사용자 본인에게 있으며, 회사는 AI의 불완전한 해석으로 인해 발생하는 결과에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
   Final judgment and actions based on AI advice within the Service are solely the user's responsibility, and the Company assumes no liability for consequences arising from imperfect AI interpretations.

제5조 (구독 및 결제)

Article 5: Subscription and Payment

1. 서비스의 일부 기능(Untold Deep)은 유료 구독으로 제공됩니다.
   Some features of the Service (Untold Deep) are provided through paid subscription.
2. 모든 결제 및 환불은 사용자가 이용하는 앱 마켓(Apple App Store, Google Play Store)의 정책 및 결제 시스템을 따릅니다.
   All payments and refunds follow the policies and payment systems of the app marketplace (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) used by the user.
3. 회사는 앱 마켓의 정책에 따라 직접적인 결제 취소나 환불 권한을 가지지 않습니다.
   The Company does not have direct authority to cancel payments or issue refunds per app marketplace policies.

제5조의2 (커플 결제 특약)

Article 5-2: Couple Subscription Special Terms

1. "둘 중 한 명만 결제해도 함께 사용" 혜택은 커플 연동 상태에서만 유효합니다.
   The "one partner pays, both use" benefit is valid only while the couple pairing is active.
2. 결제자(Subscription Owner)가 구독을 해지하면 파트너의 혜택도 동시에 종료됩니다.
   If the subscription owner cancels, the partner's benefits terminate simultaneously.
3. 커플 연동 해제 시:
   Upon unpairing:
   • 결제자: 구독 유지 (개인 사용 가능) / Subscriber: Retains subscription (personal use available)
   • 비결제자: 무료 플랜으로 전환 / Non-subscriber: Reverts to free plan
4. 이별/헤어짐을 사유로 한 환불은 불가합니다. (감정적 결정에 대한 책임은 사용자에게 있음)
   Refunds based on breakup/separation are not permitted. (Responsibility for emotional decisions rests with the user.)

제6조 (위기 상황 강제 개입 — "Red Flag" Override)

Article 6: Crisis Intervention — "Red Flag" Override

회사는 사용자의 입력 내용에서 자해, 자살, 타해, 범죄 징후 등 긴급 위기 상황이 감지될 경우, AI 분석 서비스를 일시 중단하고 국가별 긴급 도움 요청 기관 정보를 강제로 노출할 수 있습니다.

If the Company detects emergency crisis situations such as self-harm, suicide, harm to others, or criminal indicators in user input, it may temporarily suspend AI analysis services and forcibly display information for emergency help resources by country.
