제1조 (수집하는 개인정보 항목)

제2조 (데이터 보호 및 암호화)

Privacy-First	일기 원문은 DB에 암호화 저장되며, AI 분석 시에만 격리된 환경에서 임시 복호화 후 즉시 폐기됩니다. 관리자는 원문에 접근할 수 없습니다. Diary entries are encrypted in the database. They are temporarily decrypted in an isolated environment only during AI analysis, then immediately discarded. Administrators cannot access the original text.
AI 처리 AI Processing	AI 분석을 위해 비식별화된 텍스트가 LLM API로 전송되며, 해당 API는 Zero-Training Policy를 적용합니다. 전송된 데이터는 AI 모델의 학습 용도로 사용되지 않습니다. De-identified text is sent to LLM APIs for analysis, which apply a Zero-Training Policy. Transmitted data is not used for AI model training.

제3조 (국외 데이터 이전)

Article 3: Cross-Border Data Transfer

서비스의 안정적인 운영을 위해 암호화된 데이터는 미국(또는 서비스 리전)에 위치한 서버(Supabase, Fly.io)에 저장될 수 있습니다. 사용자는 서비스 이용 시 이에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

For stable service operation, encrypted data may be stored on servers located in the United States (or service regions) such as Supabase and Fly.io. By using the service, users are deemed to have consented to this.

제4조 (데이터의 파기 — "Kill Switch")

Article 4: Data Deletion — "Kill Switch"

사용자가 커플 연동을 해제하거나 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 경우, 회사는 즉시 해당 사용자와 관련된 모든 기록(일기, AI 리포트, 벡터 데이터)을 복구 불가능한 방법으로 물리적 삭제(Hard Delete)합니다.

When a user unpairs from their partner or requests account deletion, the company immediately performs a hard delete of all related records (diaries, AI reports, vector data) in an irrecoverable manner.

관할 및 분쟁 해결

Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

본 방침은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 합니다.

서비스 이용과 관련하여 발생한 분쟁은 서울중앙지방법원을 제1심 관할 법원으로 하되, 미국 내 서비스 이용자의 경우 미국 내 관련 법령 및 중재 절차를 따를 수 있습니다.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising from service use shall be under the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance. For users in the United States, relevant U.S. laws and arbitration procedures may apply.
